The Permanent Exhibitions.

At the time of a tour at the Cultural Center, you will be able to admire the works, issued from the Tibetan tradition, of which the list is the following one :

  • The sand mandala of Guhyasamaja, created in 1995 by the Tantric College of Gyumed and exceptionally preserved under a slab of glass ;

  • The mandala of Kalacakra, made as a hanging, which has required 5 months of work to a team of 4 tibetan weavers ;


  • The tormas made of colored butter (Tchonga Tcheupa), modeled in 1996 by the Tantric College of Gyumed ;

  • The thanka of the whote Tara, executed by appliqued ornaments ;


  • A traditional loom (vertical) dedicate to the realisation of carpets ;


  • A series of photographic portraits realised in Himalaya ;

  • An altar made of woodcarved laces (teck) realised in 1998 by the Norbulingka Institute ;
